How do these videos work?

These videos contain a series of positive stimuli that act directly in the subconscious. These subtle stimuli (auditory and visual) are imperceptible to our conscious mind avoiding this way being blocked. Then after many repetitions, our mind is influenced by them and the changes emerge little by little. 

How many times do I need to watch the video?

Two to four times a day or even more, depending on how fast you want to see results. However, do not overuse it.

Do I need to listen to it and watch it too? Can I only listening or watching?

You can only watch it or listen to it; but is better both things in order to get faster results. All my videos can be used in three ways: by just watching, by just listening, or both things at the same time.

Can I watch more than one of your videos? If yes, how many?

Yes you can, but take a break of at least 15 minutes between each. The number of videos depends on the capacity of each person. But remember, the more videos, the less results.

Is this video only for women? Can I use it if I am a guy?

The majority of my videos are for both, men and women. When not, is clearly indicated.

Do I have to stare?

Watch the video in the way that you feel comfortable, in whatever way your subconscious will get the stimuli.

Can I listen to it in a row?

Yes, as long as it be the same video. But if you want to listen several videos in a playlist, the results could be lower. So, it would be better to take a short rest between each.

If I listen to it while I'm sleeping, do I still get results?

Yes, but more slowly.

How long does it take to see results?

There isn't a specific time; It depends on the nature of each person. There are many factors that influence in the results, such as genetics and habits. Something that is also very important is the perseverance.

Are the results permanent?

Yes they are; as long as you don’t have drastic changes in your habits or use something to revert them.

Can a minor use these videos?

The biological age and the official age are not the same; this means that if you're biologically mature you can use them, otherwise it isn't recommended.

If I download the video, does it still work?

Most likely not, because the subtle stimuli of the video may get lost.

Can I use your videos along with someone else's videos?

It is not recommended, since with different types of suggestions our mind gets confused.

Is it normal to feel discomfort, such as pain?

Sometimes it happens and soon disappears. If not, most likely it is caused by other thing. Anyway, if the problem persists, stop watching the videos.

            

Can this cause illness?

By no means. My videos are totally safe.

            

Can I know what messages are in the video?

So they can work, it's absolutely necessary to keep them out of reach of the conscious mind. Hence, you must not know what is the content of the video to avoid being blocked by your rational mind.

After getting the change is it possible to revert it if I don´t want it anymore?

Yes, by reprogramming the mind in the other direction.

Why it didn't work on me? Am I doing something wrong?

OK, what you need is to have a real desire and the will for change, watching the video correctly (follow the instructions in the video description), and to be constant and patient. However, If you have done it right and this doesn't work, maybe you have a big resistance to change or simply this technique is not for you. As you know, not everything is for everyone. Don't be discouraged, you will get it if you desire it.
